AMA is looking for an Administrative Intern who will support AMA's faculty administration group. 

Responsibilities

 

AMA is looking for an Administrative Intern who will support AMA's accreditation and faculty administration group. 

 

An internship will provide experiences aligned with the mission statement and associated activities above and can include any or all of the following:

 

  • Review and update contract
  • Update faculty website w/correct info
  • Create folders in faculty management database for all faculty
  • Follow-up of bios/pictures of new faculty
  • Assist with faculty communication
  • Assist with Compass “Faculty Administration” Project
  • Assist with Accreditation

 

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Attention to detail required
  • Organizational skills required
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • SharePoint experience preferred

 

Hours: 21-28 hours per week, three months

 

 

  • Applicant has to be authorized to work in the U.S. (International students, have to be able to provide proof of work authorization)
  • Applicant has to be able to commute to Midtown Manhattan, New York City on a daily basis
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or recent graduate. Business Administration or Business Management preferred.
