AMA is looking for a Learning Solutions Intern for our dynamic division providing creation, development and support of Learning & Development products and solutions to private customer base.
An internship will provide experiences aligned with the mission statement and associated activities above and can include any or all of the following:
Supporting 2 Learning Solutions Managers and VP of Education
Learning about and supporting the more standard custom development deliveries with production and logistical tasks
Aligning client requirements to existing content and collaborating with the developers and subject matter experts
Executing schedules and knowledge transfer calls between SMEs and faculty as needed
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated and completion driven
Open to coaching and direction as needed
Some data driven, research and analytical work so comfort with learning tech based tools
Strong problem solver and team player
Hours: up to 29 hours per week, six months (may be renewed)
