    AMA is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across digital channel.

    Responsibilities

    This position will be responsible for establishing, executing, and maintaining the strategic vision of web marketing.  The Digital Marketing Manager digital marketing campaigns including paid search and SEO and will work to execute the overall ecommerce strategy and be responsible for driving online P&L and customer experience for AMA websites. He/she will be responsible for optimizing the digital channel to drive customer engagement and online sales.  This position will manage the redesign of the company website and will direct the development of design, structure, and navigation and content to ensure proper and consistent communication of brand image and drive/maximize sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, display and digital campaigns.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion leads
    • Coordinate and lead integrated marketing campaigns

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing exp.(i.e. Web optimization, A/B Testing, PPC & SEO, Reporting & Analytics, Retargeting campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, Email Marketing and Lead Gen)
    • Organized, detail oriented and strong at attacking challenges
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Able to establish, manage and drive projects to completion
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others without formal authority
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Proven ability to execute and accomplish goals in a matrix-based organization
    • Must be able to travel in accordance with business need
