    AMA’s Marketing & Membership Coordinator will assist in increasing membership enrollment, driving membership revenue, and supporting the growth of the Women’s Leadership Center and our core seminar business.

    Responsibilities

    The Marketing & Membership Coordinator will be responsible for job functions:

     

    • Work with Marketing Manager in updating all communications with existing and new members, including renewal emails and letters, and member welcome kits.
    • Assist with email promotions communicating details and benefits of new e-Membership program.
    • Help update printed and online materials as we enhance member benefits.
    • Assist with maintaining e-Member list and renewals.
    • Analyze data in membership trends looking for areas of improvement.
    • Work closely with Customer Care team to help answer member questions and support member accounts.
    • Collaborate with marketing, finance and database teams to identify key statistics to include in membership dashboard reports and assist in building the reports.
    • Survey members to determine most valuable benefits and potential future benefits.
    • Assist with membership research surveys, reporting statistics and survey results.
    • Improve communications with Executive and Participating Members, promoting increased awareness and utilization of member benefits throughout organizations
    • Support efforts to convert employees of corporate member companies into participating members to grow our membership database.
    • Analyze membership, seminar savings pass, and annual pass customers.
    • Help with Women’s Leadership Center (WLC) membership projects.
    • Schedule, proof and test url links for weekly WLC email promotions.
    • Update and validate the content on the WLC website.
    • Use social media channels to promote both AMA and WLC.
    • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence for membership, seminars and WLC.
    • Provide support during the quarterly seminar scheduling process.
    • Other related duties

     

     

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this role at AMA, the candidate must:

    • ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • BA/BS required.

    • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects

    • Strong familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs.

    • Good analytical and spreadsheet skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

    • Good organization skills and keen attention to detail.

    • Travel in accordance with business need.
