    AMA is looking for an HR Generalist who will act as a resource for employees and management in regard to general HR matters.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage daily operation of HR functions: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, HRIS administration, and affirmative action and employment law compliance.

    • Work with the Chief Human Resources Officer on organizational design optimization.

    • Maintain HR best practices while pursuing more effective next practices.

    • Manage HR/vendor relationships.

    • Other related duties.

    Qualifications


    • BA/BS in business or related field required, advanced degree preferred.

    • 5+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist.

    • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR highly desired.

    • Proven track record of strategically partnering with internal business leaders.

    • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to relate to all levels of the organization and work in a team environment.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

    • Excellent computer based skills, experience with ADP HRB a plus.

    • Superior Micorsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Travel in accordance with business need.
