    AMA is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Practice Leader who will provide AMA clients with forward thinking, strategic D&I solutions that will generate increased revenue as well as position AMA as a global thought leader. The Practice Leader has overall responsibility for the performance of the D&I Practice.  The Practice Leader will articulate and execute a strategic vision of the D&I Practice.  He/she will also provide leadership in the marketing strategy of the Practice to the business community and align with overall sales strategy. The Practice Leader will have strong business acumen skills and build a go-to-market strategy. 

    Responsibilities

    • Drive performance of the D&I Practice
    • Provide thought leadership in all facets of D&I
    • Partner with AMA Sales organization to close significant D&I opportunities
    • Build recognition of AMA D&I capabilities in the corporate market
    • Evaluate, revise and develop D&I content and research strategy
    • Actively manage all D&I education assets
    • Present at industry and client events and meetings
    • Publish on D&I topics in industry publications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree is preferred
    • 7+ years of experience leading a D&I initiative
    • Experience building a D&I practice area
    • Demonstrated thought leadership in D&I
    • Exceptional financial acumen
    • Excellent client engagement and presentation skills
