    AMA is looking for a Corporate Learning Solutions - Sales Support Specialist, who will support the SVP of Sales & Business Development with all pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution outlines and drafts, client communications and pricing preparation.


    • Work with SVP – Sales & Business Development to meet all sales and customer requests as assigned
    • Support assigned pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution outlines and drafts, client communications and pricing preparation
    • Work with cross-functional teams to meet complete assignments, including finance, accounting, instructional design, product managers, resource coordinators and sales
    • Support assigned post-sales activities, including client communications, updating internal sales team, updating project plans and technical support
    • Become knowledgeable of a AMA products and services including instructor-led training products, virtual learning products, On Demand learning products and Licensing
    • Research client issues as assigned, on a timely basis
    • Follow-up with internal and external associates and clients as needed
    • Other related duties



    • BA/BS degree required
    • 3+ years of business experience required
    • 3+ years working sales support preferred
    • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
    • Detailed oriented
    • Technically savvy with Microsoft products and Internet research
    • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Excellent follow-up skills
    • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and handle internal and external requests
    • Ability to multi-task with great organizational skills
    • Creative problem solver
    • Intellectual curiosity
    • Learning agility
    • Travel in accordance with business need
