Overview

American Management Association, one of the Adirondack’s leading employers for over 65 years, is expanding its Saranac Lake Call Center to support the growth of AMA's US business. 

 

We are looking for Regional Account Managers in Saranac Lake, NY. AMA's inside sales representatives must have stellar customer service skills to build strong relationships with existing and prospect AMA clients. 

 

Highlights:

  • $45k to $50k base salary, plus bonus

Responsibilities

  • Achieve stated monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Initiate sales contacts and campaigns to targeted customers to generate revenue
  • Conduct training needs assessments, research available options and recommend appropriate training solutions (seminars, online learning, webinars, etc.)
  • Execute corporate marketing strategies for new business acquisition, customer retention and account development
  • Actively maintain and grow individual and company relationships by providing exceptional customer service and developing additional sales opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and prospect new customers to continue to grow the business
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively manage leads and accounts
  • Other related duties

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales/account management experience preferred
  • Can-do attitude and curiosity to learn is required
