AMA is looking for a Learning Solutions Manager (LSM) for our emerging business who will lead the development of creative, meaningful, and relevant content for delivery of AMA training engagements across various modalities. The LSM will provide market insight, thought leadership and subject matter expertise, enabling AMA to better assess industry trends and respond to customer needs. The LSM will collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and present at marketing events. The LSM will partner with the Corporate Learning Solutions (CLS) team to engage directly with our B2B customers to develop learning solutions tailored to their needs, including learning journey development, content adaptation, faculty alignment and travel to client sites and attending pilot programs when necessary.
